Priced per creator.
Never per fan.
One seat = one connected account, and every feature is included from day one. No tiers, no upsells, no matter how big your creators get. Graduated pricing just means the more creators you run, the less each one costs.
Graduated per-seat tiers
Billed monthly. Each band applies only to the seats inside it, like income tax brackets. Your first 10 seats are always $69 even as you scale.
| Creators (seats) | Price / seat / mo |
|---|---|
| 1 – 10 | $69 |
| 11 – 20 | $59 |
| 21 and up | $50 |
- ✓Every metric, every page. No feature tiers, no upsells.
- ✓Unlimited team logins per account (role-based access).
- ✓Shareable traffic-provider reports included.
- ✓Cancel anytime. No annual lock-in.
Final amount is calculated by Stripe at checkout. This estimate uses the same graduated tiers.
The honest answers.
What counts as a seat?
One seat is one creator account you connect. A single creator often runs both a free page and a paid VIP page; that's two accounts, so two seats. Anyone on your team who logs in to view the data is free and unlimited.
What can I actually track?
Per-campaign ROI ranked by spender penetration (not vanity signups), exact cross-creator fan overlap, ghost revenue from deleted or banned fans, whale and spender-concentration breakdowns, free-trial-link performance, cohorts and reactivation views, and rule-based subscriber segmentation. If a number matters to running a roster, it's in here.
How is this different from a chatting tool or CRM?
It isn't one. Chatting tools and CRMs help you send messages and run your team; Creatorstaq is the analytics layer that tells you which messages, campaigns and fans actually made money. Plenty of agencies run both: a tool to do the work, and Creatorstaq to see what's working. Some of what's in here — exact cross-creator overlap, ghost revenue, per-campaign spender penetration — you won't find anywhere else.
How does the graduated pricing work?
Like tax brackets. Seats 1–10 are $69 each, 11–20 are $59 each, and 21+ are $50 each, all at the same time. So 12 creators bills as (10 × $69) + (2 × $59) = $808, a blended ~$67.33 per creator.
Are any features locked to higher tiers?
No. Every customer gets the entire product on day one: every metric, every page, every report, no matter how many creators you run or how big they are. The only thing that changes with size is the per-seat price going down. No feature gating, no add-ons, no upsells.
Is my data safe?
Account credentials are encrypted (AES) the moment you connect them and never displayed back. By design, not even we can see your logins or passwords. Your synced data lives in an isolated, per-agency scope, and we never store fan faces, names, or contact details. More on exactly where we stand: our data & privacy page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is monthly and you can cancel from the dashboard whenever you like. There's no annual contract and no cancellation fee.
